Action Bikes also offer an extensive range of services that will cover most of your needs. From a ‘next day’ service on pre-booked bicycles, to test bikes and a Preferred Customer Scheme.

Recycle Scheme
If you purchase a children’s bike from us, you can take advantage of the Recycle Scheme. When your child has outgrown the bicycle, bring it back to the shop and we will offer a trade-in value of up to 20% against the purchase of a new children’s bike. What do we do with the old bicycle? They are donated to non profit organisations to find a new lease of life.
Preferred Customer Scheme
When your purchases with Action Bikes total more than £2000, you’ll become a Preferred Customer and enjoy the following benefits.
- 10% discount on all clothing and accessories purchased in the next 3 months.
- Free fitting of purchased accessories for the same period.
- Preferential repair service and courtesy loan bike (subject to availability) in the case of long term repairs.

Our mechanics are trained professionals so your bike will be in good hands when it comes time for repairs, service or upgrades. There’s also a free cup of tea if you bring the biscuits!
